CCTV 9 (aka The Closed Content Television) here in China had some promising news.

CCTV9 Closed Content Television… That’s good. I have been in China and that’s totally true.
I like it a lot. It gives you the amazing feeling of being in paradise. Everything is so perfect and right… that you will die of a nuclear radiation leak thinking is simply winter flu with “chinese characteristics”
